Kiwi-born Lisi has shared his infectious new single Make It Out. The undeniable track showcases Lisi's lyrical flow, as the rapper talks about making it out and reaching your full potential. Building a better future for yourself and your Aiga.

    We love to see it.

Lisi shares thoughts of gratitude for his success so far and his wishes for his Samoan brothers to follow suit, and thrive in their chosen passions.

Celebrating his Samoan roots, and adding another layer of meaning to Make It Out, Lisi shot the official music video in Samoa.

This was significant as his grandparents migrated from Samoa to Australia & NZ to in search of opportunities and providing a better future for their family, while never forgetting where they came from. Their identity, proud Samoans.

Shot and directed by Carlin Leota. The shoot also provided opportunity for local aspiring videographers in Samoa to work with a Lisi on a big production and gain experience from Carlin.

The clip captures everyday life in Samoan, with shots filmed in schools & villages and really showcases the beautiful  Samoan scenery.

In a scene dominated by bravado and chest-puffery, Goodna rapper Lisi offers a refreshingly relatable and grounded approach to rap.

Since bursting onto the scene with his Gold-accredited single Say Less in 2019, Lisi has become one of the most omnipresent forces in Australasian hip-hop, accumulating over 50 million streams and 20 million Youtube views in the opening chapter of his career.

With a focus on intricate storytelling and personal lyricism, Lisi's music delves into everyday life in the 4300 and the real issues faced by his people, evidenced by his widely praised Average Man EP in 2020, and his debut album Perspective released in 2021.

Offering a contemporary take on classic hip-hop sonics, Lisi's considered sound has earned him an intergenerational and international fanbase. Whether it’s performing at festivals, selling out his own shows in Australia and NZ, or performing with the QLD Symphony Orchestra to perform a Red Bull Symphonic, Lisi is one of the most energetic and versatile performers today and will be bringing his shows across ANZ into 2023 and beyond.
